If you want to return an item purchased on our marketplace, please send us a message to info(at)slownature.com. Please, provide us with order number and we will help you manage your return. Below you will find more information about the Vendor Returns Policy.
Returns can only be made if the product is in an unworn condition. Goods can be returned if there are factory defects, if the wrong colour or size was sent or if there has been another error on our part. Customers requesting a return must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within five days of receiving the product. We will e-mail you instructions on how to return the product. We will not pay the shipping charges for returning the goods to us and delivering the replacement goods to you.
Exchanges can only be made if the product is in an unworn condition. Goods can be exchanged if the colours are different than pictured, if products do not fit, or if you would rather have a different product. Customers receive a voucher by retourn and will not receive any cachback. Customers requesting an exchange must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within five days of receiving the product. When an exchange is made we do ask that you pay for the shipping to us and back to you. If your desired product is no longer available, you will receive a credit note which must be redeemed within six months.
