Mimookids Barcelona Returns Policy
If you want to return an item purchased on our marketplace, please send us a message to info(at)slownature.com. Please, provide us with order number and we will help you manage your return. Below you will find more information about the Vendor Returns Policy.
Mimookids Barcelona will return you the amount of the returned product/s in the same payment method you chose to purchase the product/s. The delivery costs to you and the return will be discounted from the amount of purchase.
You have 30 days to request the return once order is received.
"How can I return a product?"
- Write to us via info(at)slownature.com to inform us about the item/s you want to return and the reason.
- Place the item/s into the delivery box you have received from us or use a similar packaging.
- Put the return sticker you have received by e-mail on the box.
- Hand in the package to a DHL or UPS Service Point (depending on the delivery area) which will be indicated on the sticker.
- You can also send us the package on your charge with the transport company of your choice.
- You will receive the amount of the item/s once checked within 7 to 10 working days.
